Love this just tried watercolor for the first time earlier today. It's friigin hard, of course my paper wasn't right either. How long did it take you before you were able to paint this good with watercolors?
I am new to watercolors myself, but have been creating art all my life, drawing-painting and learning. Practice, practice, practice. A good painting always takes planning, thumbnail sketches, value studies, etc. Just keep trying, everyone learns at their own pace. Also, youtube tutorials on art come in handy and so do books on painting/art.
Thanks for the tips I'm currently taking a course right now and watercolor paintings in it later on but I'm getting impatient lol. For some reason I never thought of YouTube. I'll check it out. Thanks again
